Full Visibility LLC, a Vienna, Virginia based technology services company, has secured a program management consulting contract with in support of the National Weather Service. The contract provides for senior level management consultation in support of a program management plan for a technology refresh and is Full Visibility's first successful contract in support of the United States Department of Commerce.
