Full Visibility Celebrates 16 Years: Focusing on the 'Full Employee'

In celebration of our founding, — sixteen years ago this week — we thought it would be a good time to reflect on an important part of our company. In May, Full Visibility was named the top-ranked Best Place to Work by The Washington Business Journal for the second consecutive year. This was our tenth time on the list and an accolade we are honored to receive, as it is a direct reflection of how our employees feel about being part of our company. Although we work in an industry that often demands high levels of performance and dedication to mission, Full Visibility leadership always tries to lean-in to ensure our employees feel supported and heard in and out of the office.

We have captured this through our full employee ethos – where we quite literally strive to keep the full employee in mind, which in turn keeps our team happy and appreciated.

We asked our employees to share and reflect on what the Best Place to Work recognition means to them:

“10 years...Full Visibility continues to strike the right balance by listening to its employees, putting them first, and doing right by them in all aspects of their career. It is something to be very proud of for sure.”

“To me, it means that FV stands behind & strives to support[its] employees no matter their project or position.”

“Full Visibility treats its people well and retains them because of it.”

“Flexibility, Great Benefits = Great Employer”

“It shows Full Visibility leadership fully leans into acknowledging staff contributions to the company, as well as to external and internal customers, while ensuring that staff is properly compensated for services, and that the needs of the employee are taken into account in business decisions.”

As Full Visibility commemorates its 16th anniversary this year, we reflect on our humble beginnings and collective successes realized along the way. In the words of co-founder and CEO Rob Andreev, “One of our founding principles has been that our employees are central to our success…We believe strongly in the vision that to best serve our clients and community, we must remain laser-focused on supporting our employees’ needs.”
