Full Visibility LLC, a technology solutions firm specializing in custom system development and data analytics to support federal and state agencies was recently awarded an IT services contract through the U.S. Department of the Interior - National Park Service (NPS).

Full Visibility will provide server maintenance, development and support for the NPS Harper's Ferry (HFC) Publications division's (PUBS) to Filemaker Pro workgroup information system. This highly interactive, automated system allows HFC staff to access over 20 years of data and resources used to reference, classify and create various media, park-related illustrations, publications and other source materials utilized by the public.

As one of the nation's principal conversation agencies, The National Park Service (NPS), Harper's Ferry Center (HFC) assists with the responsibility to protect and manage some of its most treasured resources. In order to preserve these treasures, it is important that their stories be told in ways that help visitors understand, experience and appreciate their value. The NPS relies on a variety of media to tell these stories included interpretative efforts through publications primarily used for maps and guide brochures. HFC Publications Division (PUBS) has a library of over 400 titles; to manage this work PUBS developed a FileMaker Pro server system to increase efficiency, track work and share information across the PUBS workgroup.
