MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

Tamara manages Full Visibility operations – from human resources to accounting. She has made an impact on building and growing our people operations and policies.

Tamara delivers onboarding to all Full Visibility new hires and has created a welcoming environment for our multidisciplined geographically diverse staff.

In her free time, Tamara enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time with family. She is also very involved with her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and homeschool co-op.

Prior to joining Full Visibility in 2020, Tamara has worked in administrative and operations positions. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
